Moderation and Appeals
Effective 20/10/2026 · Version 1.0
Nuvlek is operated by G e Soluções e Eventos LTDA, CNPJ 46.647.904/0001-04, represented by Raphael das Neves Ferreira. Address: Rua Arthur Pelaio, 144 — Vila União — Bandeirantes/PR — CEP 86360-000 — Brasil. Support, safety and privacy: support@tioneves.com (suggested subject: “Safety” or “Privacy”). Data Protection Officer under LGPD article 41: Raphael das Neves Ferreira, contato@entexp.com.br.
Automated routine moderation
Nuvlek’s routine moderation is 100% automated. Company systems analyze photos and reports, apply rules and record cases; the mascot is not a human moderator. Reports are assessed, not counted as votes. Automated decisions can miss context. An appeal may be reviewed by a person. We do not claim human monitoring of every conversation or record live calls for moderation.
Escalation
Normal sequence: warning → mute 24 h → suspension 3 days → suspension 7 days → ban. Notices explain the rule, action, duration and case ID. Severe exploitation, credible threats or serious harm can cause immediate preventive restriction, with termination after confirmation. Content removal and account penalties are separate; local server decisions are also separate from platform decisions.
Identified reporting and publisher rights
Report a message, user, avatar or server in the app with a precise reference and factual reason. Do not upload illegal evidence. An ECA Digital article 29 §2 notice needs the notifier’s identity/contact and specific content via an authenticated report or support@tioneves.com. We do not display identity to the reported user, subject to lawful authority disclosure. Article 30 gives the publisher removal notice, reasons, whether detection was automated or human, and accessible appeal. Details may be limited by law/safety, explained where permitted.
Appeal within 14 days
Open Account standing, select the case and send an explanation within 14 days of notice. One appeal per case. Explain factual errors or missing context, without contacting the reporter or evading restrictions. Review starts automatically and may be escalated to a person; a reasoned result is returned in the case. If locked out, email support with the case ID. Platform appeal limits do not remove statutory complaint or court rights.
Server tools and report abuse
Owners manage roles, permissions, AutoMod words/links/invites/mention limits, timeouts, kicks and bans with audit logs. Local rules can be stricter but cannot permit prohibited content. Ask the owner about a local decision; report a platform violation separately. Deliberately fabricated evidence, coordinated false reports or repeated malicious misuse can cause proportionate sanctions with reasons, notice and appeal. Good-faith mistakes, unsuccessful appeals and reports about influential members are not abuse.
Appeal response deadline
We provide a reasoned answer within 7 calendar days of an appeal. A team member may review it. The submission deadline remains 14 days and one appeal per case.
Report without an account
Victims, guardians and authorities can use the identified public report form. Provide your name, email and the specific content link/ID; anonymous notices do not meet ECA Digital article 29 §2. The public channel is available under §3. For immediate danger call local emergency services: Brazil 190, US 911, Japan 110.
Verified guardian and teen confirmation
A legal guardian must be an adult verified by Stripe Identity with a document and selfie, whether approving with an account or an email link. Accepting a request alone does not activate supervision: the link stays awaiting verification, with the most restrictive controls, until verification is complete. The teen must also confirm who the guardian is before the link takes effect. A linking code has 12 characters, displayed as XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, valid for 24 hours. Nuvlek keeps only the verification result (yes/no), date and birth year, not the document, selfie or full birthdate from the check. Never send identity documents to support. A return URL or message saying the browser returned from Stripe is not proof of verification.
Reports, analysis and preventive restrictions
A report does not punish anyone by itself. It preserves evidence and goes to priority analysis. A preventive restriction requires confirmation by automated analysis of the actual content, corroboration by several different trustworthy accounts, or a team decision. A public report without an account never restricts anyone by itself, even after email confirmation. Public submission first sends an email confirmation link; only the confirmed notice enters the case queue. Identification, preservation and review are separate from punishment. A suspended or banned account cannot sign in or receive messages while the sanction remains in force; the available standing/appeal procedures remain described in Moderation.
Uploads and file safety
Uploaded videos are analyzed automatically using extracted video frames before other people can view them. A pending or restricted video is not a published video. PDFs and other files have no inline preview; teens can access files they sent themselves or that were sent by friends, not files from strangers. Executables are blocked, including .exe, .msi, .bat, .ps1, .apk and similar formats. Do not rename or package an executable to bypass the block. These controls reduce risk without guaranteeing that every permitted file is harmless.
