No paid random rewards. Checkout displays taxes and the final total. Card subscriptions renew until canceled. Pix is Brazil-only, pays for a fixed 1-month/1-year period and never renews automatically; we notify you before expiry. Unclaimed or mistaken gifts can be reported to support.
Payment, supply and cancellation
Card via Stripe; Pix via InfoPago in Brazil only. Payment is due at checkout; card renewals are charged at the disclosed interval. Digital supply is immediate after confirmed payment; technical or payment verification may delay access. No physical delivery fees. Card Beacon renews until canceled in subscription settings and lasts through the paid period. Pix is a fixed month/year, does not renew and triggers an expiry reminder. Gifts last their disclosed term.
Japan’s online sales do not have a general cooling-off right. Check item, term and renewal before ordering. Faulty supply, duplicate/unauthorized charges and mandatory rights remain; request assessment with order ID, date and reason at support@tioneves.com. Brazil’s seven-day right and applicable EU 14-day right remain, with express-consent rules for immediate digital supply as described in Payments. A minor in Japan needs guardian consent under Civil Code article 5; Family Center controls apply.
Payment disputes
A chargeback suspends the paid benefit until the dispute is resolved. Contact support with the order reference for clarification; never send full payment credentials. Opening a dispute also cancels recurring card renewal. If the provider resolves it in our favor, a still-valid paid benefit can be restored without restarting the canceled subscription.
