Cancel or resume Beacon
How to do it
Open subscription settings, inspect the next renewal and choose Cancel. Read the confirmation and check the paid-through date. Benefits remain until that date; cancellation stops future renewal rather than refunding the current period.
Keep in mind
Resume before the end if the option is available and review the next charge. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Gifts have fixed duration rather than recipient renewal. If a charge occurred after a confirmed cancellation, contact support with the order and cancellation details.

This renewal/cancellation procedure concerns card subscriptions. Pix purchases a fixed month/year in Brazil, never renews automatically, and sends a reminder before expiry.
Payment disputes
A chargeback suspends the paid benefit until the dispute is resolved. Contact support with the order reference for clarification; never send full payment credentials. Opening a dispute also cancels recurring card renewal. If the provider resolves it in our favor, a still-valid paid benefit can be restored without restarting the canceled subscription.
