How to do it
Choose Card to open Stripe Checkout. Confirm the item, currency, total and any recurring interval before entering payment details on the hosted checkout. Complete bank authentication if requested, then return to Nuvlek.
Keep in mind
The server confirms payment before delivering items. Do not send card numbers or security codes in tickets. A declined card is not fixed by repeated rapid attempts; check the bank’s reason or use another supported method. For an unfamiliar charge, send support only the order reference, date and amount.

Prices and payment methods
Spark levels 1/2/3 need 2/6/12 Sparks. Fixed prices, ordered BRL / USD / EUR / JPY:
- One Spark: 9.90 / 2.99 / 2.99 / 450.
- Three Sparks: 24.90 / 7.49 / 7.49 / 1150.
- Decorations: 4.90–19.90 / 1.49–4.99 / 1.49–4.99 / 200–700, with the exact item price shown before purchase.
- Beacon gift, 1 month: 14.90 / 4.99 / 4.99 / 700.
- Beacon gift, 3 months: 39.90 / 12.99 / 12.99 / 1900.
- Beacon gift, 12 months: 149.00 / 49.99 / 49.99 / 7000.
No paid random rewards. Checkout displays taxes and the final total. Card subscriptions renew until canceled. Pix is Brazil-only, pays for a fixed 1-month/1-year period and never renews automatically; we notify you before expiry. Unclaimed or mistaken gifts can be reported to support.
Payment disputes
A chargeback suspends the paid benefit until the dispute is resolved. Contact support with the order reference for clarification; never send full payment credentials. Opening a dispute also cancels recurring card renewal. If the provider resolves it in our favor, a still-valid paid benefit can be restored without restarting the canceled subscription.
