Delete your account
How to do it
Before deletion, request any data you need and cancel recurring Beacon separately. In account settings choose Delete account, read the consequences and confirm with the required password or code. This is not the same as signing out or uninstalling.
Keep in mind
Remaining conversation records show Deleted user; copies received by others are not erased. Legally required financial/access records and serious-case evidence follow Privacy retention rules. If you cannot open the deletion flow, contact support@tioneves.com. Do not send your password or documents in an ordinary ticket.
